2019 Business Awards Celebration Luncheon Will Celebrate Local Business Owners

TAMPA, FL – The Florida SBDC at University of South Florida will host the 2019 Business Awards Celebration Luncheon at the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel on May 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will join the Florida SBDC at USF, in celebration of National Small Business Week, to recognize area businesses with the Florida SBDC at USF Awards and U.S. SBA Awards.

Hayes Fountain, chief executive officer of Widescope Consulting and Contracting Services, located in Largo, will be honored as the U.S. SBA Veteran-Owned Small Business Person of the Year for the South Florida District. Additional award winners will be announced at the celebration.

The 2019 Business Awards Celebration luncheon will feature a keynote discussion with the U.S. SBA, as we celebrate entrepreneurship in the Tampa Bay region.
