After nearly two years of preparation, Red Door Wine Market is proud to call the Dixieland Area of Lakeland home. Focusing on quality wines at affordable prices, owner Richard DeAngelis has been a fixture in the wine and food industries for more than 15 years. With fresh-baked breads, artisan cheeses, bold wines and craft beers, the Red Door Wine Shop is a “Groovy wine shop by day. Funky wine bar by night.”

A note from the owner:

We have been working on this project for over one and a half years and finally on December 10, 2009 we opened our doors! Red Door Wine Market!!!  I have spent most of my life working in the fine wine and food industry and wanted to have a business that linked the wine world with our community. My wife Lori, is an attorney for Publix and was the principle reason for us coming to Lakeland. We have loved Lakeland from the moment we came to town and have settled in not only are we building our business but we are building our family here; right here.

We are a family business centered on building strong community ties and are committed to our neighborhood.
