The Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Amy Wiggins will begin 2010 as the Vice President of Communications. In her new role, Wiggins will be responsible for the marketing, communications and public relations for the Chamber.

Amy joined the Membership Development Division at the Chamber in 2005, working closely with the organizations’ 1,800 members to promote small business and professional development opportunities. Also responsible for the Chamber’s annual resource development campaign, Amy has been a regular contributor to the Chamber’s blog and Forum for Business Monthly magazine.

Amy is a native of Plant City, but made Lakeland her home when she graduated from Florida Southern College in 1998.
