Michael and Susan Wasnorowicz had been searching for several years for a business that we could be passionate about and one that we could spend as much or as little time as we chose. Having been in retail management for over 35 years I knew a lot about the issues confronting businesses, especially today. Many of those issues today are employee related. I have always enjoyed people and I love a good challenge so becoming an authorized business partner with Profiles seemed like a worthwhile consideration. Last June we flew out to meet with the company’s principals at their headquarters in Waco, Texas. A couple of weeks later, in July 2009, M.S.E.A. Solutions was born.

Our mission is to help businesses improve their work forces one employee at a time. We know that we can significantly add to a company’s bottom line by doing so. We are looking forward to a long and rewarding presence in the Lakeland business community. Thank you!
