Property Mangement & Realty Innovations, Inc. (PMRI) is owned and operated by Rob and Jan McKeown. Our office is located right next to Imperial Pizza in the Imperial Crown Center at 5925 Imperial Parkway, Suite #102 Mulberry, FL 33860. We do Short and Long term rentals in Mulberry and Lakeland (both North and South).  Jan is the Rental Coordinator, taking phone calls and making contacts and matching tenants with properties; taking into account both owner and tenant needs.

Property Management & Realty Innovations, Inc (PMRI) does a thorough Tenant Walk Through at the beginning and end of the lease.  PMRI take pictures before/after the tenant moves in/out.  We do quarterly HVAC inspections, smoke detector inspections and fire extinguisher inspections, giving PMRI access to the property every 3 month upon 24 hour appointment with the tenant.
